Wayne was one of Root Fifty-Two’s first clients and we’ve worked with him for a number of years, designing and developing a website for him and providing him with Graphic Design services.
After being an established wedding singer for numerous years, Wayne decided he wanted a change, that’s where we stepped in! We worked closely with Wayne helping him to create a new brand identity, logo and website.
With the help of our Developer, Cameron and our Creative Lead, Michael, the duo worked with Wayne to create a brand that captured the very essence of Wayne, and together created ‘The Wedding Host’.
“Wayne began to call himself The Wedding Host because he was more than just a singer, so needed a contemporary and elegant identity to reflect this. I worked with him to develop a visual identity that stood apart from his competitors and avoided the usual wedding supplier cliches. The website was designed to be very people-focused to show how he interacts with the audience and gets them involved. Showing people having a good time is the best testimonial. I introduced a new typeface and brand colours that mirrored his business perfectly!” said Michael, our Creative Lead.
“We created a brochure website for Wayne, with a custom-built jukebox, showcasing a selection of Wayne’s song list. Wayne had a lot of input on the website, he wanted it to be very image-led and wanted to make sure that his Google Reviews were being fed into his website. He also wanted to have a site that allowed him to navigate easily, adding/updating content whenever possible. My favourite part of this site is the custom-built jukebox, I also really like the bespoke navigation which is featured at the bottom of the site instead of the top” said Cameron, our Developer.
