With all of the social profiles out there; Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram…it can be very time consuming to keep them all up to date and post regularly. Fortunately, there are some tools out there that can assist you and help you manage your profiles more efficiently. The most popular are TweetDeck and Hootsuite.
TweetDeck allows you to schedule tweets and view your Profile/News Feed/Notifications/Inbox all on one browser window using different columns. It’s easy to use and it will save you a lot of time as posts can be scheduled as far ahead as you like!
Hootsuite is a bit more complex, as it allows you to post from all of your social media accounts, not just Twitter – meaning you can manage them all at once; saving you time from logging into them all separately. And again you can schedule your posts. Hootsuite may be a bit of a steep learning curve as it takes a while to get used to, but definitely worth it.
