Complete, creative and marketing strategy
The team at Pearson Ferrier first got in touch with us back in August 2020, enquiring about social media management support, and it didn’t stop there! Since then, we’ve worked closely alongside them, assessing their marketing needs at regular intervals and adjusting our approach accordingly to develop a complete creative package.
We softened Pearson Ferrier’s brand and brought forward a more modernised and clean approach. Our creative team ensured consistency and pieced together a set of brand guidelines before moving onto a complete website design refresh. We have also worked with Pearson on a lot of their print materials, including a company brochure and maildrop, which saw their brand reach out to 60,000 homes across Manchester.
Pearson Ferrier’s website provides users with a simple navigation and layout, showcasing the Estate Agent’s extensive portfolio and highlights the company’s comprehensive range of services they offer.
As a result of Pearson Ferrier’s slick new website, the company was nominated for Website of the Year in 2021 in the Regional Agency of the Year Award, alongside two other categories, which we were extremely proud to be a part of.

When we first started working with Pearson Ferrier, their social media following was scarce, with few followers and very little consistency in terms of their brand.
